- Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice
- Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed, however the initial payment is non-refundable due to the rescheduling option provided above
- No Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in a forfeited session
- Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may receive less time. Pricing remains the same
